Hillwood Estate overlooks Rock Creek Park and is made up of 25 acres. There were several wonderful garden "rooms" including a French garden, a rose garden, a putting green, a Japanese garden and a pet cemetery. We were impressed with all of them.
There were several statues in the garden areas that caught our eye! The hound is in the pet cemetery.
These sphinx figures were along the Lunar Lawn in the front of the house.
