Bob and Shirley came for a visit in October. Mike gave us his best Pentagon Tour! We walked and walked and walked.
Part of the tour was the 9/11 Chapel and Memorial. The hallway leading to the 9/11 chapel is lined with quilts from around the country that folks made as a show of support for the tragedy at the Pentagon.
We aren't supposed to take pictures in the Pentagon, but we risked it to get a shot of this lovely quilt. Just for you Alma! The flag is made from coordinating calico prints and we thought it was beautiful. We will show you in real life when you come to visit after Christmas!
