Aomori City Manhole Cover

This is for Mom Cone who likes to see the different manhole covers for Japanese cities. We saw this outside of Aomori City Japan near the Ausamushi Aquiarium. It looks like it has the Nabuta festival parade guys on it dressed up in their costumes.
